2 BROTHERS AND COMPANY MOVING SERVICES

This moving service provided 2 moving staff who, while noce and pleasant, performed significantly below even the minimal expected standards for any move. It took these movers approximately 9 hours to partially move a 2 bedroom 1 bath house and partial contents of a small shed and garage. The supervisor who responded to my call for assistance negotiated a fee of $ 399.99 for the movers to stop immediately and offered to have the owner and a different moving staff complete the move the following day at an additional cost. He also indicated that they would load and unload the items wherever they chose to unload them. Sorry but that does not help me when all of my boxes and items were clearly labeled as to where they belonged in unloading placement. With 2 Brothers I am still attempting to unpack and locate all my belongings between the house and garage. I aslo have yet to receive a receipt for the payment made despite multiple requests. I regret that I ever used this service

Most unprofessional moving company, I hired 2 brothers moving from an ad thru [redacted]. The movers showed up on time and were friendly, but after removing our washer they didn't turn the water all the way off resulting in it dripping over night. When we returned the next morning the floor was flooded in the kitchen connected to the laundry room and about a 12sq foot area of carpet was soaking in the living room. When we contacted John the next morning he began yelling and saying we should have been there, that it was our fault, and we should have purchased insurance that was never offered to us. We had to have the water extracted and it cost us $75, when we called John again to see if he would pay for the damage his employees caused he said we could purchase insurance for the move that already took place for $150. I'm not sure how that's logical. DO NOT HIRE 2 Brothers. The manner at which this situation was handled by the owner John was ridiculous.
