BEWARE!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I wouldIn my opinion, these people should not be in businessI hired them to fix my ice makers and dryer, and my first mistake was paying them for a part up frontI paid them over $for work to be done on two ice makers and they were also supposed to fix my dryerAfter repeatedly failing to show up and failing to fix what they were supposed to I told them that I did not want them to continue and to just forget about fixing the dryerI paid them for their shoddy work on the two ice makersHowever, I have been trying FOR FIVE MONTHS to get back my $for the part that they never installed on the dryerIt has been a wild goose chase and they have been rude, nasty, unprofessional, and have liedI have the texts to prove itJames, the head tech, texted me "You will have the check by June it will have been postmarked." Over a month later, on JULY 9TH, when I still hadn't received the check, James wrote, "there was a 15% restocking fee Jenna left a check [for $335] at the office you will have [it] this week for sure." When I still did not have any check or correspondence in July I inquired again, July 27, July 28, August 7, and August 8, when I finally received a responseJames apologized and said the check "got stuck on a board and forgot." He assured me it would go out "ASAP." Over A MONTH LATER, on September 15, I inquired again because I had still not received the $that I had given them in advance to use to pay for a part that they never even came back to installJames said he doesn't control the checks, the owner, Jenna Brown, ***, does and "SHE IS NOT GOING TO WASTE TIME TALKING TO YOU YOUR [sic] NOT A CUSTOMER." He then told me that I could speak with her attorney! I asked for Mrs.Brown's phone number and the technician stated, "You can stop texting me please and you do whateverNo one is doing anything for youThat ship has sailed."

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. We have a part time home in The Villages, 2 Brothers Appliance Repair came out and 'fixed' the problem in our ice maker. They were paid in full and left. The same problem persisted so we called again. They came back out and said it needed a new motor! We have tried many times to contact the company by phone but no one ever seems to answer. Today we were able to reach the company and were met with an extremely hostile man who spewed verbal abuse and accused us of "Calling and talking crap"
I replied that we were disappointed that we had made so many calls and no one ever picked up the phone to which the man replied " We have so many customers we don't have to!"
He then said don't ever call us again!!! As if we would after such terrible service!
As a seasonal residents we need a company that is available and contactable in the event of an appliance emergency so that our tenants have a relaxing enjoyable stay.
2 Brothes Appliance Repair is NOT the company t use.
