RE: Case# *** *** *** To Whom It May Concern: I am writing this letter in response to the complaint made by *** *** on 07/14/
***'s vehicle was repossessed by Brothers Auto Sales on 05/21/due to non-payment
Customer requested to pay their monthly payments on the 1' of every month because that was when they received their check, I obliged their request
On May 8, called customer as payment was not made on 05/01/15, per their requestI spoke to *** *** (Co-buyer) and she said they would make the payment on 05/11/
On May 12, 2015, called customer as payment was not made on 05/11/as previously stated by *** *** told me payment would be made on 05/13/
Payment was not made on 05/13/and my calls to the customer(s) were unansweredI did not hear from custorner(s) after 05/12/15_
On 05/21/vehicle was repossessed by Brothers Auto Sales due to non-payment
I received a call from *** on 05/22/who stated to me that *** had been "kicked off of welfare" due to *** "working while collecting welfare' and that they would need a few weeks to catch up
I told *** they would have the opportunity to get their car back once payment was made plus repossession feesI have not heard back from customer since 05/22/I decided not to pursue any legal remedies against *** *** or *** *** I will not agree to give back their down payment,
