I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I don't not accept the response that was givin mike made me send my car to [redacted] and also told me it was [redacted] fault I also have text messages about my broken key that was sold to me replacement of shocks and stud broke off the rim when I called mike to let him kno I had oil change and the car shut down mike blamed everyone but himself. and [redacted] never let him view any tapes so how would he know what was done and what wasn't done. this is getting out of hand I still have the pay machine in the car and the car had been paid off. he sold me the car knowing it had a oil issue and won't admit to it. I have a none working car with less than a thousand miles added. a key that was broken upon purchase and he told me to replace it wich he stated would be 75 dollars and it's really 350 dollars. [redacted] even spoke to him over the phone and told him it wasn't my fault and that the car had a issue before purchasing. I have all text messages from mike stating he would fix everything up until the car stopped running. I haven't herd from him since and he still won't return my phone calls. I would like like a working car not be blamed because of a engine issue that mike never told me about but sold me the car. I would like the car to be fixed asap.

Revdex.com spoke to Mike at business and the following was relayed: The customer brought his car to [redacted] for an oil change after 4,000 miles. He thought that [redacted] didn't put enough oil in so he put in 3 quarts more. When he brought it to the [redacted] Dealer in [redacted] they determined that there was...
2.5 quarts more oil than there should be and he had blown the motor. The customer originally alleged [redacted] failed to put oil in his car but they have it all on camera that they did. The 30 day warranty is not covered by the lemon law because the customer blew up the motor himself. The other issues the customer states in his complaint were never mentioned prior to this complaint and after realizing we are not able to replace his motor for him because he caused the motor to fail.

Revdex.com spoke to Mike at business and the following was relayed: We repaired the issue that the customer brought the vehicle in for. While making the repair we noticed a second issue. We pointed this out to the customer who chose to not have the additional repair done at that time. The customer had been...
forewarned of the issue detected, which is what the complaint references as needing to be repaired.
