I hired two brother moving to come clean my house as I was moving out I didn't know what to expect, but did notice they belonged to Revdex.com, which encouraged my confidence I couldn't have been more pleased The ladies worked extremely hard and the house looked great The paid attention to every detail and worked diligently and efficiently to clean the entire house top to bottom, including drawers, cabinets, fridge, stove, floors, windows...I mean everything! My family needed last minute help loading heavy items into a ft U-Haul truck on a Friday nightBrothers Moving team arrived on-time, worked very fast and did a great job!

On 08/20/2014 we used 2 Brothers Moving to load a rental truck. The two loaders were on time and were hard working but seemed to lack the skill of packing the truck correctly and left several gaps which caused some scratches to our furniture during transport. We were charged twice for the service they provided. I called 2 Brothers Moving to fix the billing error and they stated they could not correct the bill and would have to call me back. They never called back and I disputed the bill with my credit card company and they removed the second charge.

We purchased a [redacted] voucher for 2 Brothers Moving. Had an appointment scheduled to move at 10:00 am on 11/14/14. No show. We started calling and finally someone did call back and said they'd had an emergency and had to go to Kentucky, but they could be there by Noon. We agreed and started moving some small boxes ourselves. Noon...again a no show. Started calling, but no one answered or returned the call until 1:45 pm. In the meantime, we rounded up other help and moved everything ourselves. When they called at 1:45, they said they could be there by 2:45, but we were finished loading by then. I told them we were finished with all of the heavy stuff so we didn't need them to come. I also told them I was sorry they'd had such a hard day and was told "that's okay, we had lots of other people." My guess is that they chose to to work with full paying customers rather than honor the [redacted] deal with us.

I spoke with the owner requesting a refund. He said I had to go through [redacted] I explained that after seven days, [redacted] only refunds in credits, not an actual refund. The owner said he understood, and that he would go to the office to look some things over and that he would call me back in 45 minutes to let me know what they could do. He never did.

I did call [redacted] and explained the situation. They did agree to do the refund.

When we did have communication, the rep and owner were always very nice and respectful. And they might do a great job but we don't know since they never showed up.
