We underwent a major renovation that was finished in 2008. The roof has leaked since the beginning of installation and has caused major infrastructure damage. We have tried to contact [redacted], the contractor, on many occasions (at least 10 times a year and six times since July 2013) to no avail. He only responded twice to our phone calls; once he promised to send a roofer out and the second time to tell us that the roofer was on vacation and that was why he never showed up. I do not want to go this route but Mr. [redacted] has left us no other alternative.
