From: [redacted] >Date: Tue, Oct 24, 2017 at 6:34 PMSubject: Complaint Response to [redacted] To: [redacted] In response to the complaint from Mrs. [redacted] :We tried multiple times to prevent and resolve this client's issues and found no reasonable or consistent response throughout the process. The client claims the purchase date was 7/28/2017, however our records show servicing the client on 7/31/2017. She also claims the purchase price was $2061.66, however the attached credit card processing receipt shows at total $1792.75, with an added gratuity of $268.91.The client stands correct in that her written estimate was for a total of $2263, otherwise broken down as $800 for travel and $209/hr for labor with an estimate of 7 hours labor as seen in the attached estimate. Her move was pro-rated, as the labor portion she requested of the crew ended up being 5.75 hours, instead of the originally quoted 7. We only charged for services performed at the request of the client and received a signed Bill of Lading upon completion. Our client had indicated her [redacted] was having health issues at the time of the move, and instructed the crew to leave with what they had. We told her to let us know if she wanted to schedule a second appointment to deliver loose items, however she never confirmed a second appointment date or time, and our company did not have any way to access the home. The crew left feeling as though they did an acceptable job, heeding the clients requests at the time, and this was enforced with full payment for the services rendered and a generous tip. We feel that the client's emails resulted upon learning of her [redacted] 's disposal of remaining items our crew was instructed not to take. We find her emails to be threatening, inconsistent, and unreasonable. We have attached copies of them for your records. We also feel we did everything in our power to assist this client and found no discrepancies in our documentation or handling of this project. Please feel free to reach out to our office if you have any further questions at [redacted] .For faster response times in obtaining a quote or booking a move, please email [redacted] or call [redacted] for [redacted] and [redacted] for [redacted] ***2 College Brothers [redacted] *** [redacted] 2 College Brothers Moving & Storage [redacted] *** Call: [redacted] Visit: [redacted]
