I contacted ** the owner of cool percussion to build two marimba frames for me in June of 2016, I received a quote and paid it in full on July 5th Mr** said I would receive delivery before August 2016, yet I never received the in timeSo I contacted Mr** to give me an updated status of the marimba frames, however he ignored my calls, text messages and emailsFinally in October Mr** replied and said he got very backed up on orders and said my frames where done and just needed to be shipped out, but a friend of mine Found that he was not truthful in this matter, in fact did not even start making the framesAt this point I requested a refund for the frames from Mr** in which we spoke on the phone about this matterHe did try to get me to take the frames but I told him to keep them and refund me the money since I had purchased marimba frames from another company in OctoberAfter our last conversation in early October Mr** will not take my phone calls nor respond to a
