My experience with Fat Guys was a very frustratingI had to call multiple times to get information on my car (it sat at their shop for over a week)They did fix some issues my car was having but not allThey charged me for parts they had ordered but not received and labor they didn't doThey told me they would call when the parts came inTwo more weeks went by with no phone call or partsI then had to call them two more times to get my refund for the parts and labor chargesI took my husbands last call to have those charges put back in my accountThey are not good with their customer service!
