I do not accept their meaningless explanationWhile they may not inventory items, they had already verbally acknowledged they had the plates and that is evidenced by the fact that they had stated they had sold
some. Providing a copy of the contract and a message saying" we can't keep everyone happy " doesn't at all explain what happened to these items nor why I haven't been paid for them. They even went so far as to say they "must have donated them" on several occasions which is also acknowledgment of their existence in their possessiontheir explanation for anything they cannot find is " it was donated" On a couple of occasions while in their store other customers were also complaining about missing items that had not been soldI also find their inventory number 3,200,a bit out of line,

We have 3,200 consignors it is impossable to keep everyone happy. Thank you. Kim Dowd
