"Customer" is incorrect in her recount of the circumstances surrounding her sign up for service
As stated in the conversation during sign up, a customer is welcome to call in a change of service, however, that must be backed up with an email
authorizing those changes. This is responded to with a confirmation email for both their records and ours. This is policy and applies to everyone, including those overseeing the leasing of a property. What was waived, as a courtesy, was an early cancellation fee that would apply in the event that cancellation was received prior to five services being rendered, given that this was a rental property and could be leased in less than eight weeks.
The assertion that our email confirming cancellation proves one from her was not required, is also off base. "Customer" made it quite clear that she did not feel an email from herself was warranted; therefore, we informed her at the close of the conversation that based on her comments we were delivering to her an email stating the service was cancelled. This was for our record purposes so the account could be documented as closed with client notification delivered.
Had we been aware of a voice-mail indicating a cancellation was needed,
we would have responded and proceeded according to policy. The fact of the matter is, "Customer" did not email a cancellation notice, as required; therefore, we arrived as scheduled and billed per agreement

A little over two weeks ago, I spoke with 2 Guys and a Goat regarding the ruts/mud tracks that your lawn crew left in my yard after mowing on [redacted]. They suggested that there may be an irrigation issue in my front and back yard, so they requested how often and the duration my automatic sprinklers ran each day. I provided them that information and they informed me that they would be speaking to someone in your office about my sprinkler schedule and let me know if I needed to reduce the duration of watering to ensure their lawn crew would not leave rut/mud tracks in my yard after they mowed. I never received a phone call back from them, but I did turn off my automatic sprinklers for 5 days to let the lawn dry out and I also requested that the lawn crew skip a week as my lawn was not growing as fast and did not need weekly cuts any longer. When I arrived home today ([redacted]), I found significant damage to my yard, both front and back. The yard is so damage you cannot even walk through a large portion of it due to condition. I understand that their policy is to mow during wet or rainy conditions, but since they had documentation that there could possibly be a drainage issue in my yard, your crew should have been informed to not mow if it was wet. Apparently after our conversation 2 weeks ago, they neglected to do that. Also during my phone call with 2 Guys and a Goat two weeks ago, I asked them to just weed eat the low, wet area of my lawn next to my patio. They informed that their crew would do that for that next mow. As I now see today, their crew did NOT follow these instructions and instead ran the mower through the yard, and now there more severe ruts/mud tracks than there were 2 weeks ago. I am appalled at the condition of my lawn, even if their policy is to mow when it is wet. I would expect any lawn mower with common sense to stop mowing if they see that they are causing this much damage to a yard.
