First and foremost, we are not refunding any moneyAll contracts are valid and have never been voidWe have had the title in the customer's name since the 10th of July and our office manager mailed out the white title on the 11thWe are here Monday-Saturday and answer all customer's phone calls and return messages back in a timely mannerNever have we neglected a customer due to any situation with a carAs far as repossessing cars, we give customers days to make a payment after their due date and if we haven't been able to reach the customer to arrange further payments we go ahead and repo the car. If Mr*** wants his van back, they need to pay their July 8th payment that was missed and we would gladly give them the van and keys back

I am rejecting this response because: I don't want the van back, that's why it's sitting on their lot and why I returned the keys. I don't do business with dirty people. I have held on to their payment since June 20. I will not throw good money after bad. I will not pay them anything else. After MrJ*** attacked my wife, I couldn't pay them. I had no safe way to. They used deceit to get my money, and intimidation on the disabled wife of a military member to keep it. This car lot will not provide a security tape because it shows MrJ*** verbally assaulting my wife. They know it, you know it and I know it. Aside from MrJ*** declaring our contract to be void, the car lot took days to get me a title and only got one when the Revdex.com got involved. They have lied to you about what happened that day several times. It's amazing that when a man assaults a woman, how all of his friends swear it never happened. You see it all the time in the news. Again, please pull the security footage. They admit wrongdoing by stating that MrJ*** no longer works there, but that doesn't help the trauma inflicted on my wife. I want nothing to do with Guys Selling Cars. I just want my money back. They commited theft by deception by not applying the payments to my account until 27July2017, and not getting a title into my name (which they never sent me, or called me to pick up until after I returned the van) until days after the purchase of the van. They commited theft by intimidation when MrJ***, in full view of those who swore that he did no wrong, attacked my wife. I have never seen behavior like this out of any business. They even lied about their names. Finally, Guys Selling Cars needs shut down permanently. Rob needs his dealers licenses pulled, permanently (in a fair world, his assets siezed). They stole from a military member (a member of the protected class). They attacked his wife and threatened her. And, we're not the first one they've done this to, either. Please examine their customer records

The Retail Purchase Agreement that *** signed states that the
vehicle was being sold
expressly disclaiming all warranties, express or implied. Attached is a
copy of that Agreement.
As Mr*** stated, he received the car and inspected it when it was
delivered to him with no obvious problems, and it is unfortunate that only
after a few days of driving the vehicle, Mr*** began having problems
Our customers return to us to buy additional cars and we go over all our cars before selling them and provide any
information that we know about the vehicle to be sure the customer knows what
they are purchasing

We have always had the title to their van, but mistakenly overlooked a place on the title that needed notarized in order to get it flipped into their nameThe van is now in their name and the title was sent to them via mail last Tuesday and they should have received it by nowThe van was
abandoned on and was dropped off at our car lot this morning (Monday) with seats completely removed from the vanWe have never once told them they haven't paid for anythingWe have in our database of the downpayment and payment they have made since buying itHis wife did come in back in June and acted inappropriately threatening to call *** when one of our salesman was respectfully trying to assist and explain to her what they have paid so farWe have three other people that witnessed the situation while she was in here at the time and not once did our salesman verbally abuse her at all

As far as the car lot having the title, we kept trying to call and ask about it.? On June 20, they kept ignoring our calls.? My wife drove there and she asked Bob about it.? He told her that it would be there on Friday.? MrJ*** told her that we didn't need a title because we hadn't paid anything on the van.? My wife produced receipts and MrJ*** verbally attacked her.? When MrJ*** began screaming for my wife to get out of his office so he could review our records, after he began writing on the receipts and circling numbers, my wife stated that she wouldn't leave the office without the receipts.? He started screaming at her, "How the H*ll do I check my records without the receipts?"? She said, "If you don't stop, I'm calling *** because you're about to give me a heart attack."? She went out into the lobby where Bob stated that he would make her a second day tag.? My wife called me in a panic.? At this point MrJ*** came out into the lobby.? I was not on speaker phone and I heard him quite clearly swearing at my wife and behaving in a very unprofessional manner.? He told her that we hadn't (and I quote) *** paid the tax and title, that's the $check and receipt that you have a copy of.? He then returned to the office for a couple of minutes, then returned back to the lobby and said that he was sorry and that if she thought the payments were $then just pay $and don't be a day late.? She stated, "I have never been late and have never screwed you over on money."? Please check the surveillance cameras.? MrJ*** also stated that we cannot pay with checks anymore, he wanted us to pay him cash or call and pay with a card, in larger amounts to pay it off sooner.? In addition he told my wife that our original contract was null and void.? I have never received a title, when I call their place, they never answer.? I don't feel safe going there based on their past behavior towards us and others.? According to Google and Facebook reviews, we're not the first family they have done this to.?
