Review: I am the owner of the house had signed a contract with '2 Guys Tile' owned by Mr. Eric B[redacted] on July 15th to build a deck in my back yard and paid him $500 (Five hundred dollars) in advance for the same project. The project permit was submitted to [redacted] Municipality, but that was missing some data. So the municipality officer asked Eric to re-submit the permit application. I was keeping in touch with Eric since then. Eric confirmed in [redacted] that he received the municipality letter 08/04. On August 11th he confirmed he is sending the drawing to [redacted] municipality. Since then Eric became non reachable. Me and Andy (the municipality officer) had tried to call him several times, but no response. The municipality is saying they haven't receive anything from Eric so far. The project is still in ZERO development stage, while in that contract he mentioned to start it on/around 08/01/2014 Eric's HIC# [redacted]Desired Settlement: I have been victimized by a fraudulent service provider. I don't want to continue with such a contractor any more. I want my money back. Please help.
