Me*** has been notified several times to file a dispute with her cc company or square directly she continues to email my accountant and I everyday asking for her refundI have been attacked by another promoter and she has continually contacted venues getting my shows canceled My accountant
began refunding customers through PayPal only to have them file disputes through square a day or two later causing them to be refunded twiceSquare was giving me double payments back but they began to become to much and square chose to not honor my pay payments through PayPal and told me that the vendors needed to request a dispute through square or they would not honor my requests to be refunded for double paymentsI am a small promotional company and this other promoter and these vendors that chose to file double claims have made it very difficult to help other vendors that should be refunded now they need to get their payments refunded through cc companies or squaremy contracts state no refunds and Ms.*** has decided that she can ignore the fact that cannonfalls was held and get her money back even though the show was heldI was not going to fight it as the other two shows did have to be canceled due to the number of phone calls to the venues from this other promoter but at this point since she chooses to file complaints and email continually I am leaning towards standing by my no refunds policy for the cannon Falls showAll she needs to do is to file her dispute it will not be challenged and square will refund her money all funds are being held to make payments to the vendors
I am rejecting this response because: it was not until a few days ago that *** Hart stated to me that I should dispute refund via cc company Before that I was told refund would be via square or paypal but as I don't use either I was told a check would be issued,As of today, january 2, I filed dispute with my CC company I still stand firm that the business ethics of *** Hart and Hartpromitions should be stopped so other direct sales individuals are not harmed
