Review: I ordered 7 different items from this company.They charged by my credit card everything at a time on 3/**/2013.However, I received 4 items. So I called about other items.and then they shipped out other 2 items on 4/**/2013.they told me one item was back order and they will ship it in few weeks later.however, I didn't receive any item later on.So I called them again for one missing item on June.they just put me on hold for hour and told me they will refund for missing item.today is 9/**/2013. they are doing same thing and never refund it for 4 month.Desired Settlement: I just want to refund for the missing item.The amount is $150.00
