2 Idiots in a Tree

I paid this company in the Fall of 2011 to remove trees, tree trimming, grind stumps, and clean up my back yard. They cut down the trees and removed the very big pieces of the trees they cut down, removed some smaller debris and trimmed a tree, but did absolutely nothing else. They left very large amounts of debris in my yard. I have contacted the owner repeatedly by texting, phone calls and phone messages, over the last several months, but to no avail. All I got were excuses ranging from his health to his truck broke down (which I saw him driving two days later about a mile from my house) to that his worker's won't listen to him when he tells them to come to my house and get things taken care of. This is not only ludicrous, but extremely unprofessional. It's like the age old excuse that "the dog ate my homework!!!" No matter how many times I contacted the owner, I got absolutely nothing except that "I'm on his radar." So, apparently, I've been on the radar for nearly 8 months now. Unconscionable!!!! I am out a lot of money. My yard looked terrible!! I finally began to receive notices from my HOA in May of 2012 and had to find a second company to take care of my issue since the owner refused to correct my yard issues that he was paid to do. The second company resolved the issue in less than 24 hours. However, of course I had to pay this second company. I had to pay twice for a job that should have been done months ago!!
