Student orginally signed up on 7/17/2014. Then gave a 30 day cancellation notice on 9/29/2014. Student came in and re-signed with us on 7/15/2015. We received a phone call on 4/13/2016 stating that student should have given a 30 day notice for current contract but we did not receive one and he... could not produce one. On 4/15/2016 they brought in a cancellation notice dated 4/15/2016. His membership is cancelled. We received no phone call or any personal visits to the dojo from the time he is claiming to have cancelled up until 4/13/2016. We have all documentation of contracts and notes proving all of this.

These people are very deceitful. When doing their free tryout they were told not to charge our card and they did it anyways. We thought that the membership was cancelled but they never told us that we had to sign a 30 day notice. After 3 months they started charging our card again and charged us 3 times in less than 30 days. After going in for over a week trying to get it fixed they still didn't tell us we needed to sign the 30 day notice. VERY DECEITFUL! Maybe a good club but it's not worth dealing with people that are liars and scammers.
