2 Kool 4 Skool Musical Instruments

I purchased a ukulele from the 2kool4skool website on 6/18/17. I paid in full for it and have yet to receive it. In addition, I have left multiple messages, sent e-mails, contacted the company and its owner on Facebook and via their website. I received 2 messages on Facebook saying that my concern was being "forwarded to customer service." That was the last I heard from anyone.
This is the single worst experience I've had buying an instrument online. I'm out a few hundred dollars and I have no instrument. I don't want this to end up in court, but I think that may be the only way to get these people to acknowledge that I even exist, let alone that they owe me an instrument or a refund, as well as a serious apology.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM 2KOOL4SKOOL's WEBSITE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING IN RETURN

Review: I bought this guitar on ebay.com. item [redacted]. I got the guitar okay, but there were no decals in in it and they are supposed to be included. I emailed it and emailed him. he doesnt want to cooperate. it is internet fraud to list something and not include it in what you sell somebody. and it is across the state lines. I want the decals, or you can refund me $10.00 via paypal. if you dont comply I will go to the attorney general of your state. I have printed out the listing that I won on ebay. this winning it was a legal binding contract. you failed to deliver or recompense me for the decals that were not in the box. I paid alot of money for this and I want EVERYTHING that is supposed to go with it. I will persue it, without a doubt, with the attorney general of your state that you failed to give me everything I paid for if you do not cooperate. I have the listing as proof, I downloaded it in my files, ebay has it as proof and I have printed it out. you seem to think you dont have to do anything about this. you broke the contract with me when I bought your item on ebay. I am not sending the guitar back. you failed to send me everything with it and I want the rest of the stuff.Desired Settlement: I want a partial refund of $10.00 for the missing decals, or I want the decals sent to me. take your pick.

I expect you to call me and confirm you closed this case. why didn't you close this last week. the business has sent me the decals. I expect a phone call you got my email and closed the case. I emailed you last week. I want you to call me when you get this email that you will close it. it shouldve been done last week
