I am rejecting this response because:They are lying. When I called to schedule the cleaning I stated multiple times that I wanted the entire house cleaned from top to bottom. They then asked specific questions and I would respond each time with "Yes, I need the house cleaned from top to bottom." The only thing I said that didn't need to be done was the inside of the oven. Saying I only requested spot cleaning is a total lie. Plus, they didn't even do spot cleaning. I didn't let them come back for their 24-hour guarantee because my girlfriend and I had to stay up all night fixing what they didn't do because we had a house showing the next day and it needed to be clean. My house was a mess after they left. You could tell they didn't touch the walls because when we cleaned them dust was coming off of them. They said they tried to get spots off the wall, but I walked through with just my thumb and was able to rub some spots off. They clearly didn't even try. Furthermore, we never "Approved" extra time, we told them they needed to stay and actually clean like we were paying them for. And they charged me the extra $90 without consulting me first. I will be disputing that charge with my bank today.These people are liars and thieves.

Mr John N[redacted] scheduled his cleaning with us for June 23, 2015.  Based on the information he gave us we bid his time for 11 labor hours which the gals let us know the condition of his home was worse than expected.  The team lead sent a picture of his bathtub stating the condition (which...

is attached), in between the tiles in the bathroom were black, they had to reclean them many times to get them clean.  These gals work hard and are not ones to lie about the time they did.  His girlfriend was there and okayed the extra time to finish, which was an additional 3 labor hours.  His claim about items he asked to be cleaned were not in fact asked to be cleaned. We have a very extensive list of items we ask of what they want us to do, like the walls for instance he asked that those be spot cleaned, not top to bottom.  They also added on all the inside windows which were not in the bid and another reason it took longer.  We have been in business since 1999, we are pretty good about giving them an estimate on what kind of time it will take, hence the contractor asking if they could have more time.   Mr N[redacted] did not call our office until the following day at noon, he would not let us come back to take care of the items he was complaining about.  His girlfriend was there the whole time and even did a walk through with them before they left.  We have a 24 hour guarantee which means we are happy to go back and take care of any issues at no cost to the customer, however, Mr N[redacted] did not want to let us come back which makes me feel that he was being dishonest about the job the gals did.Any further questions please let me know.Ron [redacted] O[redacted]
