I was promised refund on Aug 11, we reconfirmed the amount and status many times, we still haven't received and [redacted] won't return correspondence now.In August, after several cleaning standard discrepancies (that [redacted] lacked desire to fix) [redacted] and I agreed it would be best to cancel services and receive a refund for services not obtained. After several emails back and forth about how much that refund would be I agreed to $240. She has since stopped answering my communications, and after my husband stepped in to assist she has now stopped answering his communications. We've been told 6+ time the check is in the mail, yet we haven't received anything. We had paid for a block of time in the spring and paid via check for the services. Desired SettlementI am seeking the $240 I agreed to accept.
