Review: We hired 2 Techs as IT consultants and they bought 3 Dell computers on our behalf in May of 2014 - We discovered recently that (after getting invoices from Dell):- the computers were not new but refurbished, - 2 desktops came with 4GB of memory instead of 8 GB as we were told (the laptop is also refurbished and 4 GB as ordered)- we were charged for new computers instead of refurbished, resulting in an overcharge of $2,262.22We contacted 2Techs and they lied to us and blamed Dell for the problem -- We ended up firing them in November and hired a new company.Since, we sent a certified return receipt letter that went unanswered, 2 recent emails also unanswered, asking for a refund of 2,262.22.Kindly help us recover our money - I have all paperwork to back up my claim - thank you.Desired Settlement: We were overcharged 2,262.22 and want a full refund of the same amount - thanks.
