I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Ok I got the your email back so how are we gonna fix these issues First I did try to contact you directly about my invoice amounts and you never got back to me and with the go around we had about clean up issues I wasn't going there Second, My husband is not happy with your work He absolutely feels that we got taken I also had someone else inspect your work and they even said its one of the worse jobs they have ever seen The railing has splits everywhere, mainly where you drilled the screws inNothing is flush against each otherthere spaces My dogs leash got caught on it the other day I had a hell of a time trying to get him out Nothing is sanded where you cut the wood, the edges are very rough If we get years out of that railing before it starts rotting away we'll be lucky The gutters are definitely not even, we can plainly see that by looking at itAfter a rain the water is dripping threw the back corner gutter because of the bow where the gutters connect That won't last us either We have to have that fixed I paid you a lot of money and some are saying I overpaid for the work I got Either you come and fix it all or I need part of my money back so I can get someone to do it right If you wanna fix it that's fine but I want it done on a Saturday when my husbands around so he can inspect your work before you's leave And please clean up There still a gutter scrap in the back yard, wood behind the garbage can and I just got an old rusty nail from my driveway again. Regards,

install the siding as cutting it below 50 degrees increases chances of siding breaking. It is possible some spindles cracked after they were installed. I am willing to inspect and replace some spindles. I am willing to check the gutters and if needed, reseal. The downspouts are connected to drain in basement and was pitched to the best of our ability toward the nearest drain. We did agree to refund $22.25 and forgot. A nail magnet was run over the lawn and a pick up truck full of debris was picked up and removed. We did take all gutters, we did not scrap and actually had to pay to discard. We are willing to work with the customer to address the issues, including providing the refund agreed to, and we will work with her on her schedule.
