2 U Car Care

Please DO NOT use 2 U Car Care. These guys stalked me because I drive an FJ Cruiser, waiting for me to get out at a store so that the owner could corner me about my windshield. During the process of replacing my windshield, the technician cut through my hands-free wire. 2 U Car Care said that they would fix it without any problem, but left after putting the new windshield in and WITHOUT fixing the hands-free cord. I have contacted them three times, but no one will pick up the phone and return my calls. I have been lied to and taken advantage of. DO NOT use 2 U Car Care or 2 You Car Care (as they try to write it on their forms removing themselves from the poor reviews they're getting).

Awesome service

A technician from this company rang my doorbell and, without introducing himself, asked several ambiguous questions about my vehicle and insurance. So much so, that I initially though he had hit my parked vehicle. After he touched my windshield several times, I established what he was suggesting, and I declined his services. He proceeded to insinuate that I was stupid for not doing what he offered, and that perhaps I could think about the techs that needed jobs. I will neither use nor recommend this business. My hope is that more personable and better educated technicians will be hired in the future. Poor start to a new business.
