After speaking with the customer we have cleared everything up. There were several emails sent back and forth over the course of a few days and we really needed to just speak to each other and clarify exactly what was going on. The job will be finished, there is not going to be an additional...

fee, and everyone is on the same page! We we have now performed two jobs for this customer, and will hopefully have more in the future.
