Review: My mom who is filing this complaint on my behalf was charged by [redacted] for a contact lens prescription and t was never given to us. The doctor has scammed us due to the use a an [redacted] coupon. When we went to the store everything change from what the offer said on [redacted]. The thing that I want resolved is the money my mom paid for the contact lens prescription and we have never been given it in our hands because they want us to go back to their store to buy contacts. I have no obligation to buy from them but I do have the right to have my prescription. They have been rude as wellDesired Settlement: $75
