20/20 View cares about the quality of work we provide to our customers. possibility that the process would create an oxidation affect, but we would not know before doing the work. THE HOMEOWNER APPROVED THE WORK BEFORE IT WAS PERFORMED AND AGREED TO HAVE THE WORK DONE EVEN AFTER KNOWING THE POSSIBILITY OF OXIDATION.  Sometime after the house wash the homeowner informed us that there house was now "splotchy," and sent photographs. The lead technician spoke again with the wife and after patiently listening to her complaint, explained that he explained to her the possibility of oxidation and that SHE approved the work to be done after being informed. The homeowners are not happy with the outcome of the work, although 20/20 explained the process in great detail and the possible result. 20/20 View maintains an A+ rating on [redacted], a trusted source for homeowners. The customer has used several media outlets to try and discredit our business, although they were informed that the result may not be what they expected. The homeowners have neglected washing their home for many years; they are under obligation to take responsibility of their own home, especially when they expect the same result as most of our customers, who have their homes washed on average, every couple of years.

I am rejecting this response because:  I disagree with their version of the event - we were NOT told BEFORE they began the job that because we had aluminum siding instead of vinyl that our house could end up looking splotchy.  In fact, they were about half way done when the owner, Mr. N[redacted], said that he finally realized we even had aluminum.  He then pointed out a few areas near the roof line that he said could have a problem with oxidation.  We decided we could live with that and told him to finish the job.  He NEVER said the issue could affect the whole house.  He NEVER said his service was only for customers who had their house cleaned every year.  He NEVER came back to look at our house after we initially complained - he just blamed "oxidation".  In fact, from the research I've been able to do the issue with our house does not appear to be "oxidation" at all.  Of course, he wouldn't know that since he never came back to look at it.  His web site says if you are not completely satisfied they will return and make it right or refund your money.  As he has done neither I am left to conclude that THIS IS A LIE.  Any reputable business that publically makes that kind of claim would back it up - I am left to conclude that this is NOT a reputable business.
