taken the phone call, gathered all of his information and set up an initial appointment to have one of our technicians go out and address the issue at his locationAs a 1st time customer, we informed Mr*** that there is/was a service fee of $for guy to come out and diagnose the plumbing issue (this is standard procedure that JB Plumbing takes with all customers/clients)We then explained to Mr*** that once the diag is/was determined by our technician, we can/would put together a bid for the repairs and send it to him via emailOn January 26, 2018, a bid was sent to the Mr*** via email to *** Within this email, stated/expressed the date and time as to when one our technician/s would show to his locationPlease see below (Original Bid sent to Mr*** on 01/26/and the email expressing time of service scheduled on 01/26/2018): (Please see attached)

Practically no work has been done; Bryan city replied back to me the leaks still there. I believe JB plumbing didn't perfrom the necessary tools to detect the leaks to fix it, which was the main purpose to call them; I called the business several times to let them know the leaks still there; Christy told me that there technician will be there but I didn't get the response after that till today!Best Regards![redacted]
We are still waiting on the City of Bryan's notes from [redacted] regarding the sewer line issue. Where the city flags are/where located, we showed no signs of a break. As soon as we get the notes, we will contact the Revdex.com again. JB Plumbing is willing to work with Mr. [redacted] regarding the money issue, we need to meet somewhere in the middle. The original bill was $725.00, we already deducted $100.00 from the original bill making is now $625.00. Email showing 1st deduction:"Good MorningBreak out for the revised bill sent yesterday 02-13-2018:2- guys/1 1/2- hours; dug 2' at the city flag/meter, determined there was not a break at the meter/flag ($262.50)1- guy/1- hour; cameraed the main sewer line back towards the house, determined that there was not a break in the main sewer line ($265.00).2- guys/1/2- hour; covered the hole back up that we dug, with the dirt that was taken out ($97.50).Thank you[redacted] JB Plumbing is willing to adjust Mr. [redacted]s bill to $396.00, we can not go any lower then this.
