I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that even though I have come to an agreement with the business, I will not agree that I am satisfied per his comment. We have agreed that he will not be back to finish the job and that he will not seek his final payment. That means that I will still have to hire someone else to finish the job he started. I am not satisfied with how I was treated by him and his company. If you want to consider the complaint as being closed since he and I do have an agreement, that is fine, but I will not say that I'm satisfied with his performance and will never recommend him to anyone.

The complaint was handled with the homeowner last Thursday. We came to an agreement and both parties are satisfied.
