addressThere is certainly no *** *** *** *** Company at this address nowIn her complaint, Ms*** alleged that tickets she bought for $1,had never been received, and that her inquiries to our representative had never been acknowledgedThis is simply not a true allegationUpon speaking with Ms*** after receipt of your letter today, the tickets are indeed in her possessionShe apparently could not find them in a large box of unopened mailWe consider this matter closed, as it should never have been opened in the first place
