In August 2014 I requested a price for an additional night at the end of the tour in Turin. After three phone calls and an email contact I still did not receive the information. Calling again on Monday I was told it would be sent to me on Friday for certain. That was two weeks ago without any contact.It is now December and I am writing off any business with this company.
