Review: Have done a lot of business with this service station over many yrs. Brought my car in 6/*/13/Fri for new transmission and to have A/C fixed (including all components, servicing, labor). Mgr [redacted] told me he would include the A/C repairs in total price, which was $2,008.57 and which I paid. When Mgr [redacted] called me to say car was ready for pick up, he told me A/C fixed and working fine. It worked for appx 2 wks, then did not. I called business. Mechanic [redacted] told me [redacted] was on vacation. Then when I called again and stopped there, he told me mgr [redacted] was at a new location and he had no contact info for him and/or he was not calling [redacted] back. On 7/**/13/Thu, [redacted] told me that [redacted] "just disappeared" and "don't know what happened to him" and "I don't know where he is." [redacted] had told me it would cost an addl $750 (appx) to fix.Desired Settlement: That promised repair is made and that mechanic [redacted] has [redacted] calls me, or provides me w/number and location of where mgr [redacted] now works and at what location. [redacted] is giving me the run around and I told him that I think he is lying to me.
