Honestly this reply is extremely late and yes I was not aware that it was not taken downI had been in discussion with the client and there was a gross misunderstanding between them and myselfThe truck as finished and is still being used! The client whom submitted the response
was trying to pressure a refund due to not realizing the results from voinyling over rivets etcThe employee no longer works for the company I believe and the job is still showing well.This whole issue was due to poor communication between myself and them

This project was a perfect example of poor communication between myself and the clientAt the end, I provided them with the blank shirts for the job and a refund amount of roughly $1350> The client and myself left on good termsI had realized the importance of communication
with this project
