send me a checkwhich I received on 8/24. I wouldn't say that I got a full resolution to the problem, but is likely not worth any more complainingI don't think it will get me anywhere. It literally took them over months to address this the first time-with almost daily phone calls. I really feel like I should have been reimbursed for everything that they charged me, not just the tires and installation. They did an alignment there as well and then I had to have another alignment done here in Spokane which along with the diagnosis which alerted me to the fact that they sold me the wrong tires, cost me $100. In reality they should have reimbursed me for the full bill and the $that I spent in Spokane. They only reimbursed me for the tires and installation and did not include sales tax, which at the very least they should have. If they were truly a reputable business they would not have put the wrong tires on the truck in the first place and when it was discovered should have stepped up to the plate and offered the full reimbursement including sales tax and most other costsI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me, but likely all I am going to get without going to court. If I ever have the opportunity again to need service on my truck, I will not recommend them, and would drive to Pocatello or Idaho Falls rather than use them and would not recommend them to my friends and family simply due to the amount of time this took. They did 'finally' reimburse me, but as I said, it took months and daily calls to get it done. Everyone makes mistakes, personal and business, but people's opinions are formed on how they are addressed and handled.
