Review: On January **, 2013, I placed an online order for three pieces of artwork totaling $660.00 and received confirmation that my artwork would be delivered within 4 weeks (by February **). Upon receiving immediate email confirmation, my bank account was also debited in the amount of $660.00. Almost 6 weeks later on February **, 2013, I still had not received my artwork and sent an email inquiring the status of my delivery and reminding "whomever it concerned" that they were already 2 weeks later than what they guaranteed. There was no response. I sent another email the following day on February **, 2013, once again reminding them of their original guarantee of when I should receive my artwork. There was no response. Then on March *, 2013, I received a rather vague email response from [redacted] who apologized and said the company was in a major transition and as a result, communication was delayed and processes were being sorted out. [redacted] also stated that she looked into my order and found out there was a production delay and they were working with their framers to assess which orders would be shipping next. She ended the email with another apology and said things will be back on track soon and she would be in touch with more information very soon. I responded immediately via email on March *, 2013 and said that while I appreciated her response and apology this was not acceptable for many reasons, most of which were regarding the fact there was still no estimated production or delivery date. Mind you, this is months after they received payment of $660.00! I requested a partial refund or else I was to cancel my order immediately and request a full refund. There was no response. I emailed again on March **, 2013, and said that since I did not receive a response from my email of March *, I was officially canceling my order and requesting a full refund. There was no response I have never heard from them again. I have called numerous times and received a generic message that does not allow you to leave messages. To recap, I paid $660.00 for artwork in January that was never delivered nor have I been able to contact them for any explanations. It is now almost August 2013 and I ask for your assistance in getting me what I deserve which is a full refund plus some for this complete and utter unjust situation.Desired Settlement: Full refund, an apology as well as confirmation that they will not be able to run this type of business again in the future.

Review: Placed an order on Jan **, 2013 for a framed [redacted] print. Was charged in full, plus $35 for shipping. Have not yet received my purchase nor have I been refunded for my order. I have emailed many times, about 2-3 times a month, but never get any replies. On March * I got an email stating that the company was going through a "transition" and they were having "hiccups", but still no word about when they would ship my purchase or give me a refund. They owe me $239.53 or my framed print.Desired Settlement: I want my order sent to me, minus the shipping fee of $35 or I will need a full refund of $239.53

Review: Business closed, owing Moxie Bookkeeping a balance of $211 for contract bookkeeping services. Won't respond to attempt to contact.Desired Settlement: acknowledge and pay debt

Review: In December of 2012, I purchased a $60 gift card from 20x200. Shortly thereafter, 20x200's site stated that it was "making updates" and no purchases could be made. This status update has not changed throughout the past eight months, rendering my gift completely useless.

I have my receipt and tracking number, and have attempted to contact 20x200 via the email address posted on their website to no avail.Desired Settlement: To have my credit card refunded for my $60 gift card purchase.
