Review: I went to have dental work done initially January 2014 after months of failed attempts and broken caps I decided to go to a more experienced dentist. This company forged my signature and charged my credit card $800 for work I never received. I disputed with my credit card company and revived forged documents back from the dental company. How can this happen? So now I'm out of $800 and STILL need work done in my mouth.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $800
