Review: On 7/03/2014 I bought unleaded gasoline at 21 Grocery and Restaurant [redacted]. Unfortunately, although I filled up with unleaded per my receipt I ended up with diesel fuel in my tank. The next time I drove my truck on the evening of Saturday 7/5/2014 the engine was running poorly. I had to pull of of the highway and had to spend 3 nights in a hotel, as well as take 2 vacation days from work while I waited for a mechanic to fix my engine. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate you reimbursing me for all expenses I have incurred as well as compensating me for the 2 vacation days I had to use. I have receipts for all of the expenses and will provide copies.Desired Settlement: To resolve the problem, I would appreciate being reimbursed for all expenses I have incurred as well as being compensated for the 2 vacation days I had to use. In Mr [redacted] statement he claims to have have gotten gas which was not the case. All my dispensers are clearly labeled Regular,premium,super unleaded and diesel Evidentelly he didn't look at the dispenser before he started pumping He also states his receipt states that he got gas which is probably true since he told the cashier he got gas my credit card machine has each item on it diesel included So in my opion he was in a big hurry since it was a holiday didn't pay attention to what he was doing and now he wants me to feel responsible for his mistake In closing I don't feel I am responsible for his mistake therefore I am not obligated to cover his mistake.

I will respond with more details tomorrow. I want to verify the receipt says unleaded as well as diesel. Also, it is my understanding that the nozzle for diesel fuel is suppose to be larger than an unleaded nozzle and should not fit in an unleaded tank.
