I received the package delivery of my missing item yesterday in my USPS mailbox. Once again the lack of communication from the company is poor customer service. Why agitate your customers when a simple response to emails or chats can take care of the issue. In tracking the package,
it appears they sent it out for delivery on Dec 5th. You can close this complaint but I believe the business should still be contacted for their lack of customer service
