210 Movers

Horrible first experience with movers. My belongings were left out in the rain on my parents entire driveway. Plus I am missing some items. Horrible

We own a house that was flooded on Oct 30, 2015 in New Braunfels so we had to get replacement furniture. We hired 210 Movers to bring to New Braunfels right before Easter Weekend in March 2016. They forgot a triple dresser at the store where it was purchased but did delver the dining table and 8 chairs from that store. It was an honest mistake I'm sure by both the store and the delivery company. But today is June 7, 2016 and I'm still waiting on delivery. I call a couple times a week and am told next time he comes this way or yes he is bringing tomorrow or some other excuse, but no delivery over 2 months later. As a business owner and a very patient person I have to say this is non excusable. I just want him to bring the dresser he forgot and has been paid to deliver.

Robert and his team are the best. Very positive, compassionate and are very sensitive to our needs. Today June 1,2016 is the third time I have used them and in a few weeks will call them again. Communication is the key to any successful business. Judge for yourself!!......R N[redacted]
