I am writing in response to your correspondence dated March 10th and March 17, 2017 as well as our phone conversation on Friday, March 24th.The complainant in this case is [redacted], the daughter of the previous owner at [redacted], Bowie, MD [redacted]. The property was foreclosed on and her...

mother was evicted from the property on March 7, 2017. [redacted] contacted me on the morning of March 7, 2017, stating that she had just learned of the foreclosure and if there was any way to stop the eviction. I explained to [redacted] that there was nothing I could do. I am the real estate broker assigned to oversee the eviction, marketing and disposition of the asset. I don't own the property and I have no control over the process. I am a Contractor and I complete tasks as assigned.further explained to [redacted] that I had been in communication with her brothers from the very first day I received the assignment. [redacted] has two brothers. The very first day I received the assignment, I went to the property to check occupancy. Upon arrival, one of the brothers met me on the street and asked me not to approach the door because his mother was inside. I explained to him that the house had been foreclosed on and that I was sent to check occupancy. I told him I would report the home as being occupied and they would more than likely offer relocation assistance and if that was not accepted, they would proceed with the eviction process.He took the first notice from me. He didn't want me to post it. Subsequently, I returned a few days later to post the second notice on the door. Likewise, I sent the same notice via certified mail (attached). Therefore, I was very surprised when [redacted] stated that she had only learned of the foreclosure the day of the eviction because one of her brothers knew on June 22, 2016. Furthermore, I have attached correspondence from her brother [redacted] who at least knew on February 24, 2017.The reason I am providing this background information is to explain that there was nothing deceptive or unethical or illegal about my actions. I followed all of the instructions provided to me by my client. I told her brother, [redacted], that the bank was probably not going to give them an extension and to please make Sure his mom was not there on the day of the eviction. It was my hope that he would have taken all of the necessary steps to have the items removed from the home prior to the eviction day. Unfortunately, he did not. Therefore, on March 7, 2017 GD 9:00 a.m., the sheriff and a move out Crew showed up and evicted her mom from the property. Feel free to check with the Prince George's County Sheriff's office, this case has been pending since 2014. The fact that [redacted] is claiming ignorance is not cause for her to accuse me of deceptive tactics, unethical and perhaps illegal tactics.I believe [redacted] anger has been displaced. If she truly did not know prior to the day of the eviction than she should be angry with her brothers and her father. I don't want to throw her father in the scenario because she just lost him at the end of last year but he was the one to sign for the reverse mortgage and at some point, he would have been the one receiving all of the correspondence regarding the foreclosure. It is a very unfortunate scenario and I feel bad for [redacted] but I am not responsible for herfamily's home going into foreclosure and I am not responsible for her mother being evicted.Please let me know if you require any further information.Thank youMelanie G[redacted], Principal Broker

I am rejecting this response because:
All parties involved used deceptive practices to take the home from them, and collaborated against them, using their age and health against them.  There is no way that at least one or all of us, namely  me, would let this happen after they had been in the home since it was built.  The lawyers, real estate personnel, and perhaps also the courts and legal system did not try to even contact anyone, and I would think that if they were not getting responses from the couple to keep the house, that something was wrong.  They were all in collusion to take the home from them because it is a beautiful home and my father would not let that happen.  I would not let that happen at all, and cannot speak for my brothers. I know for a fact that this company and others targeted my parents, and there was not enough done to help them save their home of so many years.  This type of deception cannot and should not be tolerated, and I am seeking full retribution.
