Review: Good morning , I'm trying to talk politely and resolve in the best possible way a problem with my Smartphone, I bought last week 04/**/2015 in212NYC WIRELESS STORE, a galaxy s6 edge , verizon (SM-G925V) the seller told that the phone is work Worldwide, but here in Brazil does not work the 4G network ,I already contacted the chat [redacted] and they say that this model doesnt work in Brazil!

I would like to return the cellphone and a full refund!Desired Settlement: send an email to me saying that the store is refund my money when they receive the cellphone
