Review: In March of this year I went to the dental office of [redacted] to have a procedure done. On this visit he convinced me to get a new set of teeth for the from of my mouth. I agree and we came up with a payment plan on a final cost of $1500.00. Since then I have paid his office a total of $1300.00 and I still haven't gotten the product. I have made numerous calls to [redacted] office and still gotten no any answer. [redacted] made me come into his office numerous times to get fitted and measured, they once called and told me that the product was there I went to the office only to be told that it hadn't arrive. [redacted] moved his office to [redacted] without notifying me and for a month I couldn't get him or got any feedback from him. I called the Brooklyn location and he has been giving me the run around. Refusing to speak to me on the phone. Instead he makes his assistant ask me to come to Brooklyn to get measured again. I am a ** year old woman and getting to brooklyn is quit a challenge for me. I just need my money back and so far the doctor isn't given me that satisfaction.Desired Settlement: At this point I just want to be refunded the money that I paid.

Due to loosing our lease at our [redacted] location , we notified all the patients to come to our [redacted] location as well as [redacted] , The patient came to our office to finish up her dental treatment and also due to the inconvienence we offered her transportation fee and she has received that fee as well.
