have paid us for Mr. [redacted]'s shipment. We informed Mr. [redacted] about our inability to handle his shipment unless [redacted] paid us our past dues and also current dues. [redacted] did not even pay the ocean freight to the shipping company so the shipping company had also put a hold on this shipment and would not release it to us.Even as of today (Oct 14), we have not received any funds from [redacted]. They keep telling us that they have made a part payment via bank transfer but we have not received any funds. The $426.83 the customer paid us was towards customs examination of his shipment for which we have already provided him with our invoice and supporting receipt We are willing to provide services to Mr. [redacted] only after getting paid by [redacted] as we cannot give them any more credit due to their inability to pay previous dues. Mr. [redacted]'s shipment is lying in the customs bonded warehouse in [redacted] and once funds are received we can deliver to him.all this was already explained to customer inspite of which he has decided to make this complaint.Hope this will clarify our position.Yogesh T21st Century Relocations Inc

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. After Revdex.com's involvement, and a tremendous amount of pressure from overseas, 21st Century has delivered my shipment. As such, the resolution can be considered as satisfactory.

Response: Yes, [redacted] did pay us $2900 but this is only part of the amount due from them. However on their verbal and written assurance to pay the remainder, we have in good faith delivered the shipment of Mr. [redacted] on Oct 21. We will continue to work with [redacted] and resolve issues relating to their non payment of our dues. Hope that customer is now no longer involved in this situation Best regardsYogesh T
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
I've received a copy of the receipt (attached herewith), which shows that [redacted] have transferred an amount of US$2,915 to 21st Century Relocations. Further, any dispute / payment issues are between [redacted] & 21st Century Relocations. As far as I'm concerned, I've paid the amount in full. Further, according to 21st Century's statement, they were having issues with [redacted] prior to my shipment. Under these circumstances, they should not have agreed to provide services for my shipment. Once they have agreed, they need to fulfill their commitment. Any dispute with [redacted], they need to resolve at their end. I should not be a party to it.

Review: • In June 2015, I contacted [redacted] to move my household items from [redacted] to [redacted].
• 21st Century Relocations of Bridge Water, New Jersey was designated as the local agent for clearing the shipment in the US.
• The price ($5,205) was paid for Door-to-Door service.
• Last July, I got a call from 21st Century Relocations (New Jersey, USA) informing me that they are my local agents. Further, they asked me to Pay $426.83 for various charges. I paid that amount.
• In September, 21st Century informed me that they are unable to deliver my shipment due to various issues with [redacted].
Now, 21st Century has stopped answering my emails.
I've no idea about my shipment.Desired Settlement: Shipment of my household items - without any delay and without any extra cost.
