As stated by the business. We have resolved issues with her. We didn't know she had complained to you guys. But all issues have been resolved.
Review: Upon agreeing to a bid submitted in writing, [redacted] of 21st Century decided mid way that he cannot complete the job at the agreed upon price and not only left off items to do from the bid but the paver job is horrendous. The borders were never concreted in, the ground wasn't leveled, theirs hills and valleys in the paver work, and they were never finished off with the top silica sand to seal the pavers in. We have had 10 paver companies come out and they all said it was the worse job they've ever seen. We need the whole job redone. Ray also never installed a knee brace under our roof lie to support a section of the roof since we had him demo the roof covering the front walk way. This is a liability to not have the knee brace! We need a this fixed immediately!Desired Settlement: We want our pavers re installed correctly and the knee brace installed under roof or a refund for someone else to complete this.
