I ordered a new bimini top for my pontoon I ordered blue and they sent gray When I called they did offer to send the blue and when that was back they would send the blue one I asked if they could just send the blue and make a deal on the gray and avoid the shipping and hassle They said no I asked to speak to a manager and they promised one would call either that evening or the the next morning Still waiting

First let me offer this comment Pontoon Stuff provides an excellent product at a great price That's the good part, it goes all downhill from there They will not respond to emails, do not provide tracking for shipments and have no clue as to when they are really going to fill an orderI ordered approximately $worth of seats with the idea they all were available except the folding fishing seats that were backordered for weeks I got those backordered seats in less than a weekMy next shipment came a week later with one more seat I am still waiting (days now) for the seat and arm rest for a seat I already have Neither of these were back ordered until I sent a nasty gram to customer service, who responded only with the back order notice and no other info
