Revdex.com:I just want to thank you for intervening! After a month of no response back from this company I received my merchandise in the mail today. However, there was no receipt or letter of apology just simply a box with my cup inside and nothing else. Very odd for an online purchase....

I honestly believe if you guys had not reached out on my behalf I would not have my merchandise so again, thank you SO much!
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
