started an argument and almost a physical fight with another artists client(Female) Both the client and her friend were asked to leave our studioWe have a no fighting/drama policy in both of our studiosThe client did not pay for the work that was performed on her previous to the fightingOnce they were escorted out of the studio by one of the artists they were still trying to fight and argue with the other client in the parking lotThey were screaming and cursing until they got in their vehicleIt was only after a different business owner said they were going to call the police they leftWe received a number of calls and complaints by other tenants in our area about the disruptionWe feel that this person should make better decisions on who her friends are and how they act in a public placeAt this time we are not going to resolve any issue with this person for fear of our studio and employees safety

Because her friend decided to act crazy in our studio. Which we have on security cameras. The clients friend (male) started an argument and almost a physical fight with another artists client. Revdex.com called business to follow up on complaint and spoke to Shawn J[redacted], who said this matter has been resolved. The employee who worked with the consumer has been terminated and a manager has taken over and her son is on the schedule.
