We have requested that the customer bring the vehicle in for us to inspect said faults for our self. When the customer brings the vehicle in we will make good on remaining $promised to him by our salesman

time of inspection. It would have been noticed, as we rotated tires, replaced brakes and resurfaced the rotors at that time. We also performed a four wheel alignment at which point sensors would be connected to each wheel and there would be virtually no way to miss that the wheels were different. As for Quintinn agreeing to pay anything for repairs, this was done without the knowledge of the dealership and would not have been done of his own accord, and not condoned or recommended by the dealership Thank you, Brandi S
I am rejecting this response because:I have been nothing but cooperative and have had total patience with 220 Auto Phoenix Sales. I was told that I would be the co-signer of the vehicle, and now I am the owner. I traded my only car which was a 1997 Toyota Camry which I was given $3000.00 for towards the balance of the car. I have never been given this type of service in my entire life. I have received a total diagnostic test which I will be faxing, the warranty, the cost of repairs, and the other supporting documents requested. Due to the service I have received by 220 Phoenix Auto Sales in Madison, NC I am asking for a complete return of my $3,000 because my vehicle has already been sold at an auction, I would also like pain and suffering fees $1000.00 for missing a week worth of work due to the vehicle not starting properly. I would like to also have the car removed from my credit and you can have the car back. I will be completely out of their hair, and I will not be doing business with any other company unless it is an actually dealership. This is my first time purchasing a car and I have "0" credit. I am still in disbelief about what I have been experiencing since I pulled off the lot with the car on April 5, 2017. The documentation shows that the paperwork was signed March 31, 2017 but due to the vehicle needing to be serviced I did not receive the car until April 5, 2017. It also states in the paperwork that I paid for this service a total of 597.70 to be exact so I am not understanding how the 19' tire was missed if the vehicle was with the dealership for an extra 5 days. Also during the diagnostic test numerous recalls came up on the vehicle which should have been taking care of before I took ownership. This is not the way you do business, and this is just really a learning lesson to never due business from side dealerships. I have also spoke with Santander who stated that I have a full warranty on the vehicle so as soon as issues were shown, my car should have been traded out for a different vehicle because it is being financed. This situation can be fixed without further involving my attorney if what I requested previously is met. I am faxing other the documents today which you will be receiving from fax number [redacted].
