Review: On the date of ** February 2014 time 12pm. I brought my 1999 Mercedes Benz C230 to get a windshield wiper motor install at 222nd Automotive . I had already purchase the part on my own, and the agreement was just to install the wiper motor for $ 25 dollars .The Repair shop [redacted] had told me that car would be ready by 3pm. When I had arrived back at 3:45pm the wiper motor was not out the car just the top cover exposing the wiper motor. I had asked what had happen with the motor not being replaced the [redacted] said that had a problem occur taking it out. So I had asked when it be done because the [redacted] stopped working on my vehicle and staring working on another vehicle at their location. I had wait about a hour without anything being done to my vehicle. I had asked the [redacted] what is going on with my vehicle he said that he was going to get back to it . So I had asked would you like for me to come back tomorrow ** February 2014 . I was told to come back at ** February 2014 8pm the car would be ready. When I arrived back the [redacted] was backing the vehicle out and said it was ready. The [redacted] said that he didn't replace the wiper motor and never took it out of the vehicle ,and the was not the problem that it was something else went wrong that a rod broken and had to be spot weld in the wiper arm. The [redacted] now charged me $225 dollars for the job.I had asked why was that repair done it was not the agreement and how can that cost so much and I cannot see what kind of work that was performed on the wiper arm which was cover up. I had express that was bad business not affording me the opportunity to see the repair work that was render to my vehicle.Desired Settlement: I feel that I was over charge and like would like a refund and this compliment be placed on file with the Revdex.com
