As previously detailed in the email response to [redacted]. There was careful review of the video footage and photos were provided showing the vehicle left with the 2280 garage damage free. [redacted] claims the lighting in the garage isn't sufficient enough to show the damage to his vehicle. However in the very same lighting the damage is visible on his return.
Furthermore, [redacted] speculates there isn't enough clearance between the roof of his vehicle and the lift. Yet again full size SUV's are parked under these same lifts with more than enough clearance.
The video was reviewed three separate times in all locations, while parked under the lift, in the elevator, and when turned over to [redacted]. All video and photos show no damage and at no point while parked under a lift did a lift drop or rest on the roof of his vehicle.
I have attached a few of the photos which were provided to [redacted].
While I understand [redacted]' frustration, the damage did not occur at the 2280 garage.
Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The response from [redacted] is totally incomplete. As I stated in my complaint, [redacted] acknowledge in her report to me, my car was parked at the time under the hydraulic lift, which caused the damage to the roof of my car. I had it inspected 3 times at my Chrysler dealership/service center, they concluded the dents/indentations/markings was caused by an overhead hydraulic lift resting/making contact on the top of my car. Which is common when there is a lack of headroom between the lift & the the roof of a car.I have no reason to file a false claim for damages. I pay my monthly bill promptly & on time without fail. She stated in her response she determined at the time of the visual inspection that it did not occur at the garage...........how can she make a quick evaluation of that type, especially when I was told by the parking attendants that is exactly what happened. I am not seeking to have anyone fired...........I just want my car to be repaired. When I saw the damage I immediately called the garage to report the damage. My car was in the garage from 12/**/15 until 12/**/15 when I retrieved it. It came in without any damage, however it was damaged when I picked it up.The pics she provided were "selected" to favor the company's non-obligation & lack of responsibility to me as the owner & monthly account holder. The pics does not show clearly the making/dents which she "marked". I trusted her to give a clear evaluation of my car & claim...............she failed to do so. I will not give up this fight to become "whole" as the law specifies. I seek nothing extra or in addition to, just to be respected & given what is due. [redacted] & the company she represents is responsible for all cars in their care while parked in their facility. This time they failed. [redacted]

Review: I have parked my car in the 2280 FDB Garage ([redacted]) for 2 years and watched dismayed as scratches and dents have been added to the car on a monthly basis. When I picked up my car two weeks ago I notice a large circular indentation (8-10" diameter) on the front center part of the hood directly under the hood ornament, as if something pressed down on the car from above. Definitely not a typical parking lot ding. The 2280 FDB Garage parks cars two deep, and stacks them (one on the ground, one on a hydraulic lift above). It seems obvious that when my car was parked in the lower back position, the front lift was brought down and that a large overhanging vehicle came in contact with the front of my car from above. It's the only logical explanation for the damages (the grill of my car has also popped out of position in several spots due to the pressure from this impact). The garage owner has denied any responsibility, claims that she has reviewed video surveillance tapes, and that the damages happened outside of the garage. I look closely at my car every time I pick it up and this particular type of damage could not have happened elsewhere. Something had to come down on the hood from above (and not touch any other part of the car in the process). The garage has had many other customer problems (lost keys, leaving cars locked and running) and I think the public needs to be warned about 2280 FDB LLC Garage's lack of care and responsibility.Desired Settlement: I can live with all of the scratches and dings 2280 FDB LLC Garage has inflicted on my car, but I would like them to pay for the bodywork that will be required to fix the front hood damages.
