They closed all the common areas but are still charging us for them. Told me rent was 1050 but it's now 1150. This is only my 2nd month here.
They told me my apartment was going to have hard wood floors and didn't show the apartment till after I payed and signed the lease. It's not hard wood floors. And the apartment is very damaged and they won't fix anything. They also closed down all common areas which is fine but they are charging a fee for it still, even though they didn't disclose that they would be charging for it in the 1st place. That have stacked a fair amount of hidden fees actually. And refuse to help at all.

Upon signing a contract with 2312 Apartments I was told by a manager by the name of Crystal *** the day we signed the contract she said that we would only have to pay $980.00 that we came in at a perfect time because the company was in the process of making some changes and one of them where that we wouldn't have to pay for water, sewer or trash. That once the company changed names and remodeled that those would have to pay the water, sewer and trash. As well as being told that if rent was not payed within 7 days that we would be charged a penalty of 5% of the rent. I was charged 5% on the 3rd day of February. I feel like I am being targeted due to the fact that I've made many complaints with the apartment already because the apartment was not and is not in livable conditions. There is possible mold in the tub due to being cracked and not able to be used we moved in on the 10th of November and still has not been fixed. I also made complaints that the back sliding door does not lock and still has not been fixed. Another complaint that I have made that the screen door to the sliding door fell on my child, and advised them that the screen door is too small and keeps on falling off. There are so many issues with the apartment and was told that they will be fixing these issues, but nothing has not been done. I honestly do not know what to do at this point and do not know who to turn to for help. If you can please help me out or advise me of whom I can talk to for help to get these matters resolved.
